Sunset hatha yoga & relaxation
Event Description
We will meet at Hound Tor car park and walk a short distance to a suitable spot for our session. Once arrived and settled, Claire (of Soul Yoga Devon) will guide you through a hatha yoga session, combining relaxation, breathwork, meditation and movement. Taking place at sunset, you will benefit from connecting to your body in the most beautiful of settings.
What to bring:
This is an outdoor event on Dartmoor so please bring clothing suitable for the weather as well as suitable for movement. It can be windy, so warm layers are advisable. You're very welcome to bring your own mat but Claire will have some that you can use if you don't have one.

Instructor: Claire Arnold, owner of Soul Yoga Devon. Claire Arnold is a 500 hr yoga teacher, trained with the Devon School of Yoga and specialising in pregnancy and women's health.
