Golden Hour Breathwork Workshop
Event Description
In this workshop, you'll learn 3 simple breathing techniques to help you stay cool, calm, and in control — wherever your adventures take you.
Have you ever…
- felt anxious before setting out on a solo hike or new climb?
- panicked when things got more technical than expected?
- talked yourself out of a challenge because of self-doubt?
- been so focused on reaching the end that you forgot to enjoy yourself?
We all breathe - every second of every day. But when you learn to control your breath, it becomes more than just a reflex — it becomes a tool to help you move through challenges like these.
Wherever your next outdoor adventure takes you, you deserve to move with confidence, not fear. By the end of this workshop, you’ll have a simple, effective toolkit of breathing techniques to help you enjoy your outdoor adventures more.

Instructor: Elissa Davies. With over 5,000 hours as a Special Mission Pilot, Elissa knows how to stay calm when the pressure’s on. But it’s not just in the cockpit — she has always been drawn to challenges that push her comfort zone. Whether it’s rock climbing, adventure motorcycling, flying low-level over the sea, or delivering complex mission briefings, the key to keeping cool has always been the same: her breath.
Now, she helps others create a sense of calm — even when life feels overwhelming. Elissa teaches simple, down-to-earth breathing techniques to help people find peace, focus, and clarity, no matter how tough things get.
